For nearly six years, we have been dedicated to serving our community with justice, integrity, and compassionate, relationship-centered care. We remain committed to supporting our patients through a thoughtful and orderly transition of care as we conclude this chapter of our work.

Our approach
Since 2020, Integrity Coastal Health & Wellness has provided office gynecology and affirming care to patients throughout Lincoln County and the Oregon Coast. We are proud to have offered a safe, respectful, welcoming space for all patients, including transgender, nonbinary, gender-diverse, and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals.
As we prepare to conclude clinic operations, our focus remains on continuity of care, patient support, referrals, and transition planning.
