Primary care is the day-to-day healthcare which covers a wide range of prevention, wellness, and treatment for common illnesses.  We work to get to know YOU, your medical history, and your needs.  Open and honest communication is essential and at Integrity Health, your space is safe and welcoming, and we look forward to beginning or continuing our conversation.

Preventive care is a key focus of primary care and helping you to stay healthy with regular checkups, well visits, and physicals.  We are also here for you when you are sick -- whether it’s an occasional acute illness, injury, or support and guidance in managing a chronic condition.  We also coordinate complex care with specialists. 

What is the difference between Primary Care and Internal Medicine?

There is some overlap with the services that Internal Medicine and Primary Care practices and it can be confusing which the best choice is. Primary care tends to focus on preventive care and staying well, while internal medicine providers more likely focus on adults and seniors with a range of health issues and with a focus on managing chronic conditions.  This is by no means written in stone anywhere!!
