Primary care is the day-to-day healthcare which covers a wide range of prevention, wellness, and treatment for common illnesses.  We work to get to know YOU, your medical history, and your needs.  Open and honest communication is essential and at Integrity Health, your space is safe and welcoming, and we look forward to beginning or continuing our conversation.

Preventive care is a key focus of primary care and helping you to stay healthy with regular checkups, well visits, and physicals.  We are also here for you when you are sick -- whether it’s an occasional acute illness, injury, or support and guidance in managing a chronic condition.  We also coordinate complex care with specialists.

What is the difference between Primary Care and Internal Medicine?

There is some overlap with the services that Internal Medicine and Primary Care practices and it can be confusing which the best choice is. Primary care tends to focus on preventive care and staying well, while internal medicine providers more likely focus on adults and seniors with a range of health issues and with a focus on managing chronic conditions.  This is by no means written in stone anywhere!! If you have a question which is better, please contact us – we’d be happy to speak with you.

Transgender & Gender-expansive Health & Transition Support

Established patients may continue to access limited telemedicine servies through September 30, 2026. Because initiation of hormone therapy often requires ongoing follow-up and continuity of care, our ability to accept new hormone therapy patients is currently limited.

We are proud to be the only medical practice on the central Oregon coast offering specialty health services specifically to trans, non-binary, and genderfluid individuals.

Please note that, because of an upcoming practice transition, our ability to accept new hormone therapy patients is limited. Patients currently receiving hormone therapy and those seeking continuity of care are encouraged to contact the office to discuss available options.

  • Referrals to trusted, safe, supportive primary care providers

  • Individualized hormone options, inclusive of non-binary, genderfluid, & all identities

  • Discussions of gender-affirming procedures

  • Referrals to mental health professionals

  • Transition-related referrals as needed
