Frequently Asked Questions

For information regarding COVID-19, please refer to the CDC website.

It is critically important to maintain physical distancing (not social distancing; the last thing we need to do is distance ourselves from each other socially in this already-isolating time), wear a face covering over your nose AND mouth anytime you are out and about, and avoid crowds.

If you are sick, or think that you are sick, or if you have had contact with someone who has had COVID-19, please stay home and isolate yourself.

What can I expect during my visit at Integrity?

If you think that you are sick; if you have fever, cough, or other symptoms; or if you have been in contact with someone who was diagnosed with COVID-19 or has symptoms of COVID-19, please call the clinic to reschedule your appointment. We may also be schedule to see you via telehealth!

Please come prepared to wear a mask during your visit with us, and be reassured that we will do the same. When you arrive please wait in your car, and call the clinic to let us know that you are here.
